Hurricane Analysis Division scientists participated within the NOAA 2022 Postseason Plane Operations Hotwash on the Plane Operations Middle in Lakeland, FL, on January 18.
Hurricane researchers met with workers from the NOAA’s Nationwide Hurricane Middle, the Environmental Modeling Middle, and the Plane Operations Middle, in addition to from the Air Drive, to look at each the successes and challenges of area operations through the 2022 Atlantic hurricane season.
The group reviewed the missions carried out and talk about what went effectively operationally, what ought to be improved for the 2023 hurricane season, and plans for the upcoming season.
