The U.S. Marshals Service introduced on Monday the arrest of a Connecticut baby porn suspect on the Texas border whereas he tried to return from Mexico.
Thomas Marcel has been on the lam for greater than a decade after failing to look earlier than a Connecticut State decide in Norwich on Oct. 22, 2012.
He had been arrested on Sept. 18, 2008, by the Connecticut State Police Troop E for 2 counts of engaging a minor by pc, unlawful possession of kid pornography, selling a minor in an obscene efficiency and threat of damage to a minor.

It was not till Monday that the U.S. Marshal Connecticut Violent Fugitive Job Drive, U.S. Marshal Lone Star Fugitive Job Drive (El Paso, Texas), Connecticut State Police, and Customs and Border Safety situated and apprehended Marcel.
He was “trying to cross again into the United States from Mexico” and was “rapidly apprehended on the El Paso border,” the U.S. Marshals Service revealed in a press launch.

Marcel is at present being housed on the El Paso County Detention Facility in Texas and is awaiting extradition again to Connecticut to face the cost of failure to look within the first diploma.
